U-Nex Automotive is an honest, professional, and affordable mechanic shop. I originally brought my car in back in December 2025 for a rack and pinion replacement. The dealership quoted me over $8,000 for the repair — on a 2013 car that isn’t even worth that much — so I came here based on a recommendation. U-Nex quoted me about a third of the dealership price and even offered a payment plan. A few months later, the rack unfortunately failed, but it was still under warranty. They replaced the part again and charged me absolutely nothing. I fully expected to at least pay labor costs, so I was genuinely surprised when they told me I owed nothing. I’m incredibly grateful to have found a shop where I can trust that I’m being treated fairly and not taken advantage of. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you again!

Had the team install a flat-tow system for my motorhome and tow-vehicle. Unex was communicative during the whole process, and went out of their way to understand my needs and make suggestions etc. I’ve been using the setup since May and it’s been working perfectly. All in all they installed the mechanical tow system and safeties for the motorhome and truck, a trickle charger, and a Demco tow vehicle braking system. They even had to make a custom bracket or two to make it work, that’s craftsmanship! I’ll be back for more upgrades in the future!
