Excellent service, very friendly, honest mechanics who do their job professionally. They repair cars as if they were their own. They even let you know if there are any other issues. They don't rip you off like other garages. I recommend them to everyone, and honestly, I'll definitely be returning to them for any car problems.
View on GoogleUsed to bring my cars here all the time but been years and I bring my new car to this location they fix the issue I caused but then I got my car back and brought it back three individual times for them to look at again Because they fired two guys but kept my car for 9 hours then admitted to me that something might’ve been done wrong Then I was misled two different times being there that the head Mechanic was going to look at it I get my car back with a dent in my car then they claim that it wasn’t them. DONT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL BE MISS LEAD, lied too JEFF at the Lincoln Chicago store made it very clear to take them to court while yelling at me that they have lawyers. like uhhhh so do we people!! Also corporates available for a reason. 😂 I’ll see this location in court!!

I have a Mercedes-Benz, but I’m no longer under warranty, so I was looking for a trustworthy shop. From the moment I called, the customer service was top tier. When I came in, they were just as professional and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Within 10–15 minutes, they let me know the part was still covered under a 15-year manufacturer warranty!?!? They could have easily charged me $800, but instead, they chose honesty and transparency. In a world where it’s not always easy to trust repair shops, it’s refreshing to come across honest, trustworthy people. I took my car to Mercedes-Benz, and they were absolutely right—the repair was fully covered. If anything else comes up, they’ll be my first stop. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone. Thank you for an outstanding experience!
View on GoogleThis was a terrific experience. I noticed my tire was loosing 10-lbs of air a day. I called Acorn and they told me to bring the tire in and they’d look at it. I was able to take the tire off the car myself. They immediately handed the tire to a worker and he repaired it with in a 1/2 hour. Excellent service and I will certainly come back again.
View on GoogleWent to these guys over the winter for a tire, not only did they price the tire cheaper than anywhere else but they treated me with respect. They did not ignore me while they were doing what they had to do with the tire they talked to me like I was part of the family really enjoyed it. Enjoyed it so much went back and got three more tires for my other vehicles it was exact same way as I was over the past winter will go nowhere else.
