Chris and Art are great at communicating what’s going on, walking through options, and making sure everything is clearly understood without ever feeling pushy. A check engine light and a few other lights came up on my dash while on a road trip passing through Chicago. Chris diagnosed the issue as a faulty ignition coil, replaced it, and had me back on the road in just a half day. I couldn't be happier with his straight forward approach to the diagnosis and his recommendation. As someone who usually does all the maintenance on my own car when I'm at home, I appreciate his honesty and transparency. Thanks Chris! Hope I never have to stop by again, but if I do have an emergency nearby, I know where to go!

I’ve been an ongoing customer here for a while, and I can honestly say this is the best mechanic shop I’ve ever dealt with. They are trustworthy, always explain everything clearly, and the quality of their work is excellent. Their prices are very fair, and they never try to upsell anything unnecessary. What really impressed me is that, as a returning customer, they even helped me with a small service completely for free, just to take care of me. You don’t see that kind of honesty and customer service very often. Highly recommended—this is the place you can rely on every single time.

Huge thanks to Kris and the team at Art Tech. Oil change/fluid replacement and brake replacement completed on time and at a great price (while still using quality parts). Can be worrying leaving the safety of the dealership, but Art Tech do great work, and in exchange for missing out on "free" coffee and wifi you'll save a bunch of $$$.
