I came in to have a minor scrape on my side mirror checked out and repaired. The team addressed it within minutes, explaining the available options along the way. One of the staff members was able to buff it out on the spot—and kindly didn’t charge me for the service. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I already left a review on my other Google account but I love them so much I am going to give them another 5 star review! Everyone at Schaumburg Auto Body is fantastic. They give you all star service and make you feel like you’re family. We used them two years ago and when we needed work done again they remembered us like we came in yesterday! Luz is fantastic and communicative and very kind and Jordan is prompt in his responses. Once you give them claim information, they take care of everything else. They work quickly and do a great job of fixing your car. The little touches of having Enterprise come pick you up, giving you little trinkets like pens and flashlights, remembering your family, detailing your car and leaving it better than you gave it to them gives SAB an edge that’s hard to beat. We will always use them!

They did a great job on my car when someone hit the rear bumper and lift gate. The rear gate was quoted to be replaced but they were able to fix it instead of replacing, saving money. Jordan and his team made this a great experience. Highly recommend!
