I had a great experience at this tire shop. I brought my vehicle in because I thought one of my tires had a problem. After a thorough inspection, they honestly told me there was no defect and, to my surprise, they didn’t charge me anything for the inspection. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. They could have easily recommended unnecessary repairs, but instead they were transparent and put the customer’s best interest first. It’s refreshing to find a business you can truly trust. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and honest tire service!

I had a great experience at Meineke thanks to Mr. Tariq. I came in with serious engine issues and multiple error codes, and instead of guessing or pushing unnecessary replacements, he properly diagnosed the problem and fixed my car. He was honest, knowledgeable, and very professional, and he took the time to explain what was actually wrong and what made sense to repair. They broke my car and caused over 3k worth of work that needed to be done. And now I’m stuck having to buy a new car. I will never use them again. Update on review response: If you would like transparency? Do not schedule appointments I did not request on my behalf when you don't like receiving a negative review for or put detailed information regarding my vehicle on a comment. My car now requires repairs at a costs not reasonable to its value due to the work you did to it. To be clear, I had another shop with someone I know, look at my car. The work you did after I brought it in not once, but twice for the brakes that you guys installed, only to be told the second time that it needed work done differently from what was told the first time and that you 'redid' the brakes but that the warranty was void because I did not want to get another 900$ of work done. Now, regarding the brake work that you did do, whomever installed the brakes did not reset the wiring for my ABS back correctly which in turn caused the wiring to hang loose and get caught in the rotors which is probably why all of a sudden you guys are showing they need to be done. Also, what was voiced by the man at the time that I spoke with, was not the calipers that needed to be done, but that I needed my shocks done. Shocks were fine. the only reason calipers/rotors needed to be done was because you guys were trying to cover up the mistake from the first time you worked on my brakes. I can be transparent too.

I went to this shop to resolve a suspension issue. I was quoted a solution and my parts were quickly ordered. I dropped the vehicle off and the suspension work was performed. The vehicle runs great. I am happy to recommend this shop for quality and timely repair.

came in for a oil change and tire rotation, left with only an oil change. I can tell because i had a mark on my rear rim that never moved! lol. Added $17 dollars to the price of both my filters on estimate; called it “european tax” and had shop labor included which was priced more than the overpriced filter! Going through the rest of the estimate charges just seemed unreasonable and i turned down everything; mostly because i have a trusted mechanic and i needed an emergency oil change because my plastic plug was leaking. The inspection was great, but they’re pricing is absurd; the volkswagen dealership has better repair pricing
