I had a great experience at Eric’s Auto Lab. I brought in HEL stainless steel brake lines, and they installed them along with a full brake fluid flush and oil change. The work was done professionally, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, the pricing was fair, and the job was completed in a timely manner. My brakes feel much better now, and the car is running great. I definitely trust their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

Eric and his team at Eric’s Auto Lab did an excellent job fixing the transmission in my 2000 Suburban, along with the brakes, rear main seal, and a few wiring issues. They made the entire process extremely easy and kept me updated every step of the way. One thing I really appreciated was how they use an online system that simplifies everything, from reviewing the invoice to seeing what work was being done. It made the whole process clear, organized, and easy to follow. They also caught a few additional issues while they had the truck and took care of those too, which gave us a lot of extra peace of mind with a family road trip coming up. It’s hard to find a shop that communicates well, does quality work, and actually makes you feel confident in the repair, but they did exactly that. I went to Eric's Auto Lab at the advice of a friend out of state who used an AI tool called Grok to locate a reputable place to take me car for a second opinion. I first took my car to the dealership where I bought it and was told that the car's computer was going out and that it would cost $2,000 to replace-or that maybe I should look at buying a different car. Both options were WAY out of my current budget-primarily because same said dealership had already bled my wallet earlier this year with two other expensive repairs. I arrived at Eric's Auto Lab and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and exceptional professionalism. I was informed about the cost for the diagnostic to determine the issue as well as the approximate length of time it would take. The diagnostic was completed within the quoted time and I was informed that a connect had broken loose. I was quoted a total cost-including the diagnostic-being $345.00. I authorized the repair and was on my way in no time. The next day I even received a text from Eric's Auto Lab making sure that everything was ok and that my car was running satisfactory. When I first arrived at Eric's Auto Lab I was terrified because of the inaccurate information I had been given by what I now consider a highly questionable dealership. I left Eric's Auto Lab relieved and grateful. I can't begin to put into words the high praise I have for Eric's Auto Lab. I can and will, however, tell everyone I know about this experience and highly recommend going to Eric's Auto Lab-even if just for a second opinion. Remember, I went in thinking that I was looking at $2,000+ to solve my problem. I left paying a bill of $345.00. That's a MAJOR difference. Thank you so much Eric's Auto Lab.
