I had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center. I went in for a routine tire rotation, and during the service they found a small puncture in one of my tires that I didn’t even know about. They fixed it on the spot and made sure everything was safe before I left. The staff was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The service was efficient, and I really appreciated that they took the time to check and fix the issue proactively rather than just doing the rotation and sending me on my way. Excellent customer service and very reliable tire service. Highly recommend Costco Tire Center for anyone needing tire maintenance or repairs.

Very happy with my experience. I wanted to get higher quality tires that handle the ice and snow better. Did my independent research and selected Michellin Cross Climate 2. Went online and selected these tires. Since I have a bigger vehicle they had to ship the tire from the manufacturer. The wait time was suppose to be 3 to 5 days, however they arrived to my Costco location the next day which was great. Booked my appointment on a Saturday expecting it to take hours since it was the busiest day of the week. It only took 1 1/2 hours. They did a great job, explained everything to me. Installation, wheel balancing and tire rotations for the life of the tires are included in the price of the tires. One thing I found interesting was that they only carry the top 5 brands. So if you are looking for really cheap tires, this is not the place to go.

Brought car in for tire rotation and to repair screw tire had picked up. After an hour technician told me that he forgot to fix tire and would have to service car again. Poor customer service and management. Over an hour and a half for simple rotation and plug is ridiculous

The staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate a tire repair for mw with an appointment the next day (which was greatly appreciated 👏). This location is managed very well in comparison to the other nearby costco tire locations.

Need better management. I got at the place just to buy a battery and later on to drop off the old one. Had to wait in line with people buying tires which take a long time. Make no sense
