Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg Service & Auto Repair

Had new OEM rims put on my Golf. Castle found them very quickly, ordered them, gave me a good deal and completed the service very quickly. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the castle VW team. And the rims look super!

I came in for a simple oil change, and while the actual service on the car was fine, the customer service at the front desk completely ruined the experience. The staff at the front acted irritated, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Asking basic questions felt like I was bothering them. Good customer service matters just as much as the work being done on the vehicle, and unfortunately this place failed badly in that area. An oil change is something customers do regularly, so being treated with respect and courtesy should be the bare minimum. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I will never go there again and would not recommend this place to others. There are plenty of other shops that can do an oil change while also treating customers properly. I hope management takes customer service more seriously moving forward.

Terrible service department!!! Made an appointment a week in advance for a few dashboard lights. Specifically asked for and was assured a loaner will be available if the repair extended for more than 1hr. The service advisor immediately told me they have no loaners available when I drove in at 7:00am…did not even try to accommodate… played on his phone every time I walked over to check on status! Two hours in there was still no update, no loaner and no manager to speak with!!! I was getting late for work and had to force them to pull my car out. I leased the car from this dealer and they advertised free car washes … the car wash is never available and the same service advisor tried to dodge with “we don’t wash cars if the temp is below 31 degrees” … it was 35 … Both ladies at the front desk were nice and tried to help, but unfortunately the manager Dimitro wasn’t coming in until 11:00am. They assured me he will know about this and will get back to me. Nobody has contacted me to resolve this and my car still has issues. I wasn’t going to leave this review and just move on, but they had the audacity to send review request multiple times… Do better!

Great service and honest knowledgeable service man. Making appointment definitely speed up the process and plans your time more efficiently. Christian Argueta, even fairly new service representative did amazing job by answering all my questions and concerns, going extra mile offering ride to destination i choose, even to my home. Service was done even earlier from estimate waiting time and Christian definitely has amazing customer skills that is needed in today's business.

I recently had to take my Atlas cross sport in to get looked at this location because it was a Volkswagen specific dealership. I spoke with set, And he couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a blown speaker on the driver side door. It was replaced with no charge since it was still under warranty any even fix the recall problem as well. I will definitely be going back for any future service. Set, The mechanic, that helped me was great, he answered all my other questions about the car and gave me some good advice! I was treated better here than where I initially bought the car from. Thanks again.!!
