I recently had a minor front-end collision and took my car to B & G Auto Body Shop in Schaumburg. The owner, Bhavik Patel, treated me with great respect and honesty. He explained clearly what could be repaired as-is and what needed replacement, which I really appreciated. Since my car is a few years old, I didn’t want to spend too much, and he understood that perfectly. He promised to complete the repairs in 4–5 days because I didn’t have another car and didn’t want to rent one. Impressively, he finished all the major repair work in just four days — and the result was excellent! The front bumper, paint, and accessories were all perfectly fixed. Another thing I truly respected was his trust and professionalism — he told me not to worry about the payment until the insurance processed it. That shows real integrity. Overall, B & G Auto Body Shop did an outstanding job with fair pricing, fast service, and great quality. I highly recommend Bhavik and his team to anyone who needs bodywork or repairs. I was referred to them by a friend when I was looking for a second opinion on my car which was messed up by another auto shop. I was skeptical about auto shops after my bad experience. However B&G did an excellent job on my car and fixed the issue and did not try to upsell anything like the other guys were trying. I think I've found a trustworthy car shop and I will be taking my car to them all the time.
View on GoogleI never review because it is never worth it for the company but if I could explain my experience with them I would say it is horrible went in for a valve cover gasket and spark plugs cause they recommended me some and they give back my car in a state that it can’t even run I return it and they still haven’t resolved the issue just get it in and out going to get it back in tomorrow and hopefully they resolve the issue for the third time know your vehicle be smart with your money
