Great customer service and overall experience. The engineers replaced the ignition coil on my BMW M5 E60, and Alex, the manager, made sure everything was handled smoothly. The car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this shop 👎👎👎 Before coming in, I clearly explained the issue with my car over the phone and was told they would be able to fix the problem. When I arrived, I specifically asked them to inform me in advance about any costs before I handed over my keys. They agreed, but never actually told me that they would charge for a diagnostic or how much it would cost. Instead of fixing the issue, they later told me they could not repair it at all. On top of that, they charged me for a diagnostic that I did not ask for and did not need, since I already knew what the problem was. When I questioned this, they refused to return my car keys until I paid. I felt pressured and uncomfortable in that situation. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. In the end, my problem was not fixed, I lost my time, and was charged for something I did not request or agree to. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
