Horrible experience, keeping my car hostage. I took my car there in January, asked them if they accept outside transmissions and they told me yes. Now I did have hiccups with my warranty company because I moved my car from one shop to another so it was a problem with the claim which lasted until February.Once I got that settled my adjuster needed to come out to verify and approve work that needs to be done. They kept declining the appointment for about 3 weeks. Once the adjuster finally was able to inspect the car they approved the transmission being replaced. This lasted the whole month of March.Now instead of my warranty company sending out a transmission like I asked them to. They still decided to order their own transmissions that was faulty. Before the transmission they decided to purchase came I asked to just pay the diagnostic fee to get my car back. They proceeded to tell me it would cost me $1500 to get my car back. mind you the transmission they purchased didn’t cost that much because my warranty company was only covering up to 975. I said you know what forget it I’ll just continue to wait. By this time is around April almost May and I had to wait 3 weeks to get the transmission sent. Once the transmission was received they took 2 almost 3 weeks to put it in. Once it was put in I was told everything was working properly and I needed a starter. They had my warranty company send out a starter and once they installed that which took another week. They informed me that the transmission was bad and they needed to order another one. So let’s go back, you mean to tell me you was about to make me pay for a faulty transmission just because I wanted my car back? Aw okay. Mind you , if they purchase their own parts it’s covered for 12 months 12,000 miles. So technically the transmission is under warranty through them. Not to mention I’ve recorded a couple of conversations I’ve had with them and the tone and rudeness that I’ve experienced for a place who’s in business to service is insane. Now on June 2 they told me that my extended warranty would have to send out a transmission and pay extra labor cost. How? I have that conversation recorded also. Very disappointing. So I informed my warranty company about what they were trying to do and they informed me that that was not possible. About a hour later the shop called and recanted on their statement and told me that they were trying to get a new transmission sent out. They also told me my car will be getting pulled in this week to take the transmission out, ask me have that been done? I literally stay up the street from them and see my car sitting collecting dust. I was told the transmission will be there Monday on 6/16. Called today 6/17 and was told the transmission would be there tomorrow and that they will pull my car in today to take the transmission out. Now I’ve realized that the number they have on apple map, google map and their website is the “manager “ direct line and not the shops direct line. I had to get the direct shop line off of repairpal.com. Not to mention whenever I call off my number I can’t get in touch with anyone but when I call off a different number I can talk to the “manager”. So after calling on 6/18 . I was told they were taking my transmission out still and the receptionist says she doesn’t know if my transmission has arrived or not. Now I’m calling back because I was supposed to receive a call back and never did. No answer. Me and my mother went up to the shop to see what was going on. They told us the transmission they ordered got dropped off of the truck and they had to wait on another one to get sent in. Once that one got sent it , it was faulty as well. Then finally they asked for my warranty company to send in a transmission, once they received the transmission it took them a week and a half to replace the transmission. I’ve had to had every one but myself call in just to speak with someone.CHECK PHOTOS!!

The customer service at this auto repair shop is terrible. My wife went here for a repair her appointment was for 10:00am When she went to drop the vehicle off she was speaking with a lady in the window about another concern. The woman was talking on the phone with the owner who must didn’t know he was on speaker phone. My wife heard the owner say she was getting on his nerves. If you are being paid to do a job and a customer has concerns you should have no problem answering your questions. This is your job that you are being paid for. We were told the vehicle would be done in a couple of hours. My wife hadn’t heard from them so she called at 4 to see if the car was ready for pick up. He said no and had a really bad attitude as if she was wrong for calling to inquire about her vehicle. On top of that the vehicle was picked up and the problem is not fixed. Very Unprofessional

I had issues with my car on 8/18 and CarMax could not fit me in, and was referred to use the Repair pal services and I chose this company. I explained the issues in regards to my car could not go in reverse. After a day and a half I picked up my car and was assured that nothing was wrong and that a complete diagnostic test was given. So here it is today and my car has the same issues ONLY this time my transmission warning came on and I was TOLD that it was not the transmission . I was charged 75 dollars for NOTHING. So now I have to take it to the Ford dealership to get the service that I should've gotten in the beginning. I do not recommend this company

very unprofessional company, don’t deal with them. don’t have any type of manners and are obviously very disorganized. i called asking for a manager and im guessing the guy that cussed me out is the one answering the phone bc he refuses to get me to one.
