⭐☆☆☆☆ I am an extremely dissatisfied customer and would strongly caution others before doing business with this shop. I was charged $554 to replace the thermostat on my 2014 Ford Explorer. I was told there were additional sensors and other issues involved to justify the cost, despite the repair itself being a relatively straightforward job. The thermostat part costs approximately $21, yet I was charged hundreds of dollars for a repair that should not have resulted in such an excessive bill. To make matters worse, the shop kept my vehicle for three days, giving the impression that extensive diagnostic and repair work was being performed. During that time, I was also told that my vehicle needed a new engine because of a supposedly failed head gasket. After seeking additional information and addressing the actual problem, it became clear that the issue was related to the radiator—not the engine replacement I was being told I needed. As a customer, I feel that I was misled, overcharged, and provided inaccurate information regarding my vehicle’s condition. Being told that I needed a new engine when that was not the actual problem is unacceptable. Charging hundreds of dollars for a thermostat replacement while keeping my vehicle for several days only added to my frustration and concerns about the honesty of the service provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. I left feeling scammed, lied to, and taken advantage of. Consumers deserve transparency, fair pricing, and honest diagnostics when trusting a repair shop with their vehicles.

The name is deceiving. I did a Google search for Discount tire (the chain). Saw this listing, it was close to me. I was under the impression that this was a regular Discount tire store, when I got there I realized it has the same name but it's not the right store.

View on GoogleThis place is the absolute WORST place you could bring your vehicle to. THEY STOLE FROM MY CAR!!! And are extremely overpriced and unprofessional. They kept telling me that the repairs would be done at one time, then say they will be done two days later. And all that time they hadn’t even started on the car. The worst part honestly is getting things stolen from my car. The things that were taken were very valuable.
