Cassidy Tire and Service

I appreciate the service received from David, the Manager and his staff at the Cassidy Tire location in Riverforest, IL for purchase of a set of new tires/installation, road hazard, and a wheel alignment which in total were all reasonably priced. His staff did everything the same day I took in the vehicle. They were very busy, but David squeezed me in without an appointment. They also washed the exterior of my vehicle, once the work was completed. I highly recommend this business due to the professionalism of the staff, care, and pricing of their product.

I brought my car in for much needed vehicle maintenance. We were greeted by Mr Rodriguez when we entered. After my vehicle was examined I was sent videos of recommended repairs. We reviewed them and work was started . Because one repair involved a oil leak, the car needed to be there for several hours. Cassidy tire provided an Uber home. I called them back and told them that if necessary they should keep the vehicle overnight. The next morning we were Ubered back to the shop. My car feels or drives like a new car. Thank you. Great service and nice staff.

I had a blowout on the expressway, and by the time I got a tow to Cassidy Tire in River Forest It was nearly closing time and they were very busy finishing the remaining cars on their schedule. However, Mr. Rodriguez was kind enough to squeeze me in so that I didn't have to travel back to River Forest without a car the next day. Great people and very helpful!

I rarely leave reviews unless I come across a place that delivers exceptional service. Cassidy Tire is one of them. As a woman, I don’t trust any car repair or auto body shop. They all try to rip you off. Especially if I walk in myself because even though I know exactly what I’m there for, there’s a fairly good chance they will try to upsell me on things I don’t need in hopes that I have no idea what they’re talking about and just say yes so I go in hesitant and cautious from the get go. Nothing annoys me faster than someone trying to push me do something when I already said no the first few times. Same mindset the first couple times I went to Cassidy Tire but they weren’t like that at all. I got a flat once and they were the closest. Went in another time for something else and they’ve been stuck with me since haha I’ve been going there for years, take all my cars there and I absolutely love them. David and John in the front are amazing and are always super helpful. All of the guys there are, actually. All very nice, polite and good at what they do. If there’s something that requires attention, instead of pushing and insisting you fix immediately, they’ll give you options on what can be done and explain why in detail. And they don’t talk to you like you’re dumb. If it’s something simple that doesn’t actually require servicing, they’ll advise you on what you can do to fix said problem without having to spend an arm and a leg whereas other places would just say, “I really recommend replacing it today” and try to push it on you. If it’s something that HAS to be fixed/replaced, they give you a realistic timeline on whether it’s something that requires immediate attention or something that can wait a few weeks, months, etc. They’ll explain the effects for each option. Another thing I love is that they’re very fast and efficient. I have a very tight schedule and they’re always on top of it. In and out. Every time. Great guys, great fast service and fair prices. Highly recommended

I was told by another shop my car needed the brakes replaced. I didn’t want to have them just do work with Cassidy - who has serviced my vehicle multiple times - take a look. Brakes were fine and had plenty of life left. Cassidy no charged me for the diagnostics because they needed special VW parts they didn’t have access to. Honesty, integrity and efficient work. That’s why I keep taking all our cars to them.
