I am leaving this review to document my formal experience regarding the repair services provided for my 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty. The vehicle was initially brought in due to a failure to move from park. The initial diagnosis resulted in a full transmission replacement, completed after approximately 3+ weeks, with a total cost of around $8,000. Shortly after the repair, the vehicle exhibited abnormal transmission behavior (shuddering). I was informed at that time that the transmission had not been properly programmed to the vehicle specifications. Before I could return for correction, the vehicle became inoperable again. During a subsequent repair period of approximately 3.5 weeks, I was advised that the issue was not transmission-related but instead involved the transfer case. An additional charge of approximately $2,400 was issued and paid. Following this repair, the vehicle developed a significant oil leak affecting the exhaust system, resulting in smoke and strong odor. The vehicle was returned again for further service. In total, the vehicle remained in the shop for approximately 9 weeks. During this period, I incurred additional consequential costs, including approximately $6,000 for insurance and parking due to loss of vehicle use. Despite multiple repair attempts and additional charges, the underlying issue remains unresolved. At the time of writing, communication has ceased and no further corrective action has been offered. This review reflects a repeated cycle of misdiagnosis, additional billing, and failure to achieve a durable repair outcome.
