This location is great I took my aftermarket wheels that needed to be balanced and I have spacers which most tire places don’t want to touch for some odd reason.. Andy and Brandon the tech took care of my car. They had the expertise and the right machines and no scratches that’s how good they are! Highly recommend to anyone with aftermarket wheels
View on GoogleBest shop I have ever been. Prices are reasonable they won't charge you an arm and a leg. They know what they are doing. Andy has been helping me with my diesel truck and I got nothing but great things to say about him and the tire shop. They are friendly, the have the best prices. If you want a shop that cares for their customers come here stop wasting time and money elsewhere come to this shop HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
View on GoogleAmazing place! I was for an hr or so while they find out my tired needed only air. Fred J, not only was kind and clearly explained everything that was or needed to be done but efficient! I loved this place, nos importantly if ever needed again I'll will definitely come in. Side note: I came to this business by pure luck, I first visited Waukegan location and after rudely and dismissed to be waiting on my car (temp -6), with plenty seat in inside...this place came to the rescue. I highly recommended and everyone was so nice and attentive, also place is clean and plenty space to be seated!!
View on GoogleI bought my tires awhile ago. My return visit was for the free tire rotation that came with the purchase. I went in on 6.1 for the rotation. Andy @ the service desk gave me a time estimate which was accurate. He also thanked me after my car was done. On 6.3 I went back after 50miles for the lugnuts to be checked & tightened, if needed. Wayne took care of this. In both cases, we engaged in small, pleasant talk. Both guys were respectful, as well. I left both days feeling good by how I was treated.
View on GoogleI would never recommend this place to anyone, I scheduled an appointment for tires and alignment on Friday at 8am, vehicle was dropped off well before that time, sales counter said it would take roughly 2-2.5 hours to complete the job, I called around 2pm to check status and they said they installed tires but the alignment had not been done, I have now invested over 6 hours in waiting for a quick tire change and alignment, I went and picked up the vehicle without getting the alignment done because I am out of time to sit here and wait for it. I would recommend finding another shop to go to for any vehicle maintenance needs.
