Bought a Cybertruck 100% remotely from Guaranteed Motor Cars and right off the bat, Marcos made me feel comfortable and like I was in the right hands! I also had a trade in for the truck which was handled remotely as well. We went over numbers and the process was very smooth afterwards. If I had to give one recommendation it would be better communication of transporting/picking up the vehicles, luckily my parents are retired and were available for when the delivery and pick up transport were there but otherwise will absolutely refer friends and family here. They were a pleasure to do business with!

I regret ever bringing my sister here to Guaranteed Motor Cars. After she bought a car, the dealership’s service center handled a windshield repair — and the work was sloppy, rushed, and unprofessional. The car was also sold with no real key, just a remote with a blank, uncut insert that doesn’t even fit, and they tried to charge us $700 for a replacement. Even after repeated calls for help, we were ignored until we showed up in person with a formal demand letter. The manager never apologized for the wasted time, poor workmanship, or broken promises. If this is how they treat service customers, I would strongly recommend avoiding this business altogether.

I have purchased the vehicle here about 2 weeks ago. Till now I haven't received the vehicle yet. I call them back today wonder what going on. One of the seller told me the car not even pick up at the dealer yet. Till this point I dont know what the heck they been doing with my car the last 2 weeks. I really dont want the car from this point. Will send this case over to my attorney. I dont recommend this dealer to anyone. Can't be trusted!!!
