I recently visited to have a cabin air filter, engine air filter, and three windshield wipers installed that I had purchased on my own. The two technicians who assisted me were outstanding from the moment I arrived until the work was completed. They were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. One of the technicians advised me that he needed a moment to get a quote from the service manager. The manager called out a few prices, which I agreed to, and I ultimately paid $109 including tax for the installation. I have no complaints about the cost, as I have visited this location before and have always had positive experiences. While the technicians exceeded my expectations, my interaction with the service manager was disappointing. I observed him having a friendly conversation with a male customer, discussing family and weekend plans. However, when it was my turn at the counter, I received no greeting, no eye contact, and was simply instructed on how to complete the transaction before the payment terminal was even ready. Fortunately, this experience will not change my overall opinion of the business because the technicians provided exceptional service. However, I believe the service manager could benefit from improving his customer service skills to ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued

I love coming here. But my last visit I believe the District manager or some senior manager was there doing a training. He may know how to work on cars but he doesn’t know how to provide good customer service. Times are changing and guests expect more! I’ll try coming again because normally it’s a good experience.

View on GoogleBe very careful when choosing this facility. Especially if you are a senior. They think we are all senile. I brought my vehicle to them to have a burned out headlight bulb replaced. Their employee Anthony instead of unscrewing the the old bulb from the headlamp socket broke the socket of the out of the headlamp fixture. Neither he nor the facility manager Nick could replace it. The manager Nick told me someone else had broke it even though I told him that I have owned this vehicle since it was new. He called me a liar. I then met with the district manager Ryan who also could not reattach it. His only solution was to have me take my vehicle to another of their oil change facilities or to a tire shop they owned. He claimed NO responsibility! I had to buy another headlamp fixture and have a competent body shop install it. This is NOT a oil change facility I'd recommend. There are many other competent oil change facilities in the area who will appreciate your business.
