Top Notch Auto Repair

My car failed the emissions test with 2 codes. We brought it over to Top Notch for service. Sam and his team went above and beyond to help get our car back on the road! They found the issues, communicated everything that was needed and even included a $200 service on the house! When I picked up my car today they surprised me with already bringing my car back to the emissions center and ensuring it passed. I've never experienced such professionalism and excellence from an Auto shop. Sam, you have a new customer for life. Thanks again for the great service.

Top notch auto is the best in the business. The owner SAM has gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. They check every box on what you would want in a mechanic shop. I called the shop on a Sat to see if I could bring my car in to be look at ... a very nice guy told me Mon would be better after 12 pm and the shop would check out my car , give me an estimate just come on by . Took off work on monday to bring to them So on Mon I decided to call just to make sure it was ok, so glad I did , Because a different man said- oh no , oh no you cannot wait for your car to be looked at You MUST make an appointment , leave your car there , there is absolutely no waiting there .. NEW POLICY Well this is really silly , most people are not arranging for car rides etc to have their car looked at first what if its simple as an oil change ? Better yet if you need an oil change what shop doesnt let you wait.. Im local and the owners family always advertise in local Palos groups reccomending them , I will quickly let everyone know my exp when I see reccomendations please dont have your service people say its ok, when its not
