Four times I have gone here for a 15 minute oil change. First time was a great experience. The second time I was turned away because it was too close to closing. The third time I was turned away because it was too close to closing. The 4th time(@ 5:32 pm everything was locked up and another customer had already been waiting for 10 minutes. UPDATE: Jan 7, 2026 - Matt is truly a courteous professional. I was attended to quickly and had the service recommendations explained clearly. A few more positive experiences like this one and they'll start earning stars back. All three times I was there at 5:30(about 30 minutes from closing). That 3rd time cost them a star. The fourth time will cost them another one. Let's see if they work their way down to one star. Jiffy has always been great with me prior. My regular location is close to home. This location is closest to where the car is.

I stopped by this morning for an oil change and had a really great experience. The team was professional, kind, and very informative. They took the time to explain the quality of the oil and filters they use and made sure I understood what was best for my car. I left feeling well educated, taken care of, and very satisfied with the service. It’s clear they care about doing things the right way and not just rushing customers through. Highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be back.
View on GoogleTheir oil pricing is based on 5.0 quarts so for most modern vehicles, you’re already automatically going to pay more than the prices they have listed. I understand they have product to try to sell on the back end. 40+ dollars for a cabin air filter is wild. Save $20 dollars and walk the 270 feet to auto zone and buy it less than half of that. In addition, they failed to properly secure the cabin air filter clips and left my steering wheel smudged with grease. I’ll stick with the dealer.

Owner telling management that he's no longer accepting these cars 2020 and newer because an incompetent tech at another shop messed one up. Well plenty of other places to go so I'll make sure to never recommend this place again.
