I had did a Valet service. Everything went good except I was informed at the last minute that no driver is available to drop the vehicle off. I had to leave during work to get the vehicle. If I would had known that I would had did another day or scheduled another time
View on GoogleI have been an Infiniti customer since 2012 and have consistently serviced my vehicles at Orland Park Infiniti. Over the years, I have both purchased and leased multiple vehicles from this location. This recent visit to the new location, however, will be my last. The level of customer service I received yesterday was far below what I have come to expect from Orland Park Infiniti. From start to finish, the experience was disappointing—particularly the interaction with the receptionist when calling in. It was apparent that there was little regard for providing a quality customer experience. The overall impression given was that repeat business is expected regardless of how customers are treated. I scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change and filter. After the Multi-Point Inspection, several additional services were recommended, all of which I approved. While I do not have any concerns with the actual service performed on my vehicle, the customer service throughout the process was consistently poor. Due to this experience, I have decided not to return. It is unfortunate to lose a long-standing customer over something as fundamental as customer service.

View on GoogleOverall a nice experience it was very busy because Nissan and infiniti are in one building for now. I had a coupon for BOGO free and they said the next one will be free. I hope so. Nice and friendly staff and all areas were clean. Thumbs up. I'll be coming here to replace my thermostat as well.
View on GoogleThe service guy was nice and informative however he never offered me the coupon for an oil change that could have saved me money. Instead I went on your site, screenshot and texted it to him. It was disappointing to hear 2 other service agent telling their customers. The video with the update on my vehicle was 2 secs and blank. The only response I got was the tech don’t know what happened.
