Very satisfied with the service provided. Thank you Sam and team. Whenever I have an issue with it my X5, they know what they’re doing and they’re really nice to deal with and cool people.

I had to come edit this. Unfortunatley the coolant system that was replaced went out again in less than a year. Which ended up costing me another $1,600. I was also unable to get in touch with mechanic. Left few VM & texts without a response. So I had to find another mechanic. For that reason I went from giving him a 5 star to 3 star. However, as a 1st time customer, he was great. Quality of work and cheap parts, not so great!! I had a vehicle that needed immediate work and Sam was able to get it done within few days. Another minor issue came up few days later & Sam was able to fit me into his busy schedule and take care of my vehicle. This being my 1st time at his shop has definitely won me over to use him as my mechanic. His customer service skills are super friendly, his quality of work is top notch, and his labor cost are very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Warning — Unprofessional and Unreliable Service I purchased a vehicle from a dealership, and they brought it to this shop for warranty repairs. Over a month later, I found out that absolutely no work had been started or completed on the vehicle. After speaking with the warranty company, they strongly advised taking the car to a different repair facility due to the mechanic Sammy's shady behavior and lack of consistency was the reason all claims were denied. Save yourself the headache — stay away from this place.

I was supposed to get work done to my car here but the guy never called me back or set anything up with my insurance company to file a claim I was initially excited to get work done here and I was going to have him work on my exhaust and maybe tune my car on top of my claim but this dude is extremely busy and forgetful so I just took my money and car somewhere else and. Got the work done at another shop and I’m was actually treated like a customer this guy it seems likes it’s an inconvenience to him to have customers if you like getting sassy as attitude from a grown man and waiting weeks to hear back to see if he can work on your car then this is your spot

Worst mechanic shop in history. So disrespectful. These guys will lie to you and scam you. I had my vehicle there for 1 year and 5 months and this guy has not touched it at all to fix what he claimed he will. A simple fix and he kept brushing me to the side. Everytime id confront him he would tell me i promise ill have it done this weekend and it was the same thing for months. Eventually he damaged the body and promised me he would get it fixed at his guys body shop which is the only reason why i left it their even longer so that he can actually fix the mechanical issue and then fix the body damage that he promised hed fix. A year and 5 months later nothing. I even brought my buddy to check the mechanical issue out while the car was sitting outside and he fixed and found the issue in a matter of 15 minutes. The owner was so shocked as if he seen a ghost and was confused how my guy fixed the issue. Then i was still waiting on the promise this guy said hed do to fix the rest of the car and nothing. He then PURPOSELY messed something else up and claimed “look that mechanic you brought didnt fix the problem and a new issue occurred..” Eventually i brought the police because he started threatening and giving me problems and saying that i owe him storage fees. Haha most ridiculous owner ever. He doesnt even deserve a mechanic shop. When i took the vehicle somewhere else they found so many things that was purposely put on to cause other issues, for example this guy zip tied the manual neutral shifter cable under the car to not allow it to go to park or any gears and told me i needed a new shifter assembly after claiming the mobile mechanic i brought didn’t fix the issue… i swear this shop is a total joke.
