Wish I had read these reviews before I came here with my flat tire. Once here I was stuck. I called to see if my car was ready. The man said “let me check.” He came back, and said “yes it is done you can come get it.” I got dropped off. I asked for me keys, only to be told the tires had not even been delivered yet. Then they had the audacity to tell me they did not tell me it was ready !!! OMG, yes I want to sit in the food court for 3 hours. Never even apologized. In fact told me to Uber home. Why doesn’t Costco Corporate do something about this !!

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s sad to say that I won’t be returning after my recent experience with the new manager. I was always treated with respect in the past, but during my last visit I was treated very poorly. The change in management has clearly affected the experience, and I truly hope this is addressed.

I went to get a tire rotation. I had an appointment and had to wait one hour and a half. Then I noticed my tires were not rotated because the rims were in the same place as they were before I took them. I do not recommend they didn’t service my car how they were supposed to.

I purchased my tires back in 2023 also had the tire pressure sensors replaced on all tires. I just went in today because I noticed a rusted nail or screw in the middle of my driver's side rear tire. They said that "they could not touch my tire because of excessive irregular wear on that tire". Me being an ASE certified mechanic was just perplexed as to why they could not do anything to see if the nail or screw was causing a leak or not on that tire. I took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Costco in Oakbrook. Where they were able to determine that the nail did not damage the tire and it was a short nail that was superficial. I just want to thank the great work of the techs over at Costco in Oakbrook. Shout out to the team in the tire center in oakbrook!! Thank you for keeping me safely on the road. Love all the food there. Everyone is really nice. Best time to go is around noon Monday through Thursday, avoid weekends if possibile unless you go for the samples, then go hungry. Lol
