I loved the service at Honda. Many people think getting your car repaired at a dealership is expensive, and while it may cost a little more than going to an independent mechanic, it’s absolutely worth it. The quality of the service, the use of genuine Honda parts, and the overall results gave me peace of mind. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them.

There are so many other dealerships that offer much better repair services. I had to have my car towed to this particular dealership because it was the nearest one when my car broke down, and I needed a battery replacement. The service guy I worked with that day (6/20/26) was named Greg. The biggest issue I had was that when I picked up my car, I noticed that a lot of customers were there picking up their cars; they handed them their keys and pointed them in the direction of the cashier. There was not much discussion about your car, what they did, any recommendations, or test results. I had a diagnostic test done on my entire car. He didn't even bother to explain the results. I had to ask him to explain the results and to give me a copy. He also didn't go into any detail about the battery warranty when I asked. It's funny because he told me the warranty information is on the battery inside the car. Then I said to him, "You don't have any written information on my warranty for this battery"? Then he reached down on the floor where he had a stack of, I guess, papers or something. He pulled out the actual warranty information for the battery. On that card, my name, the date I purchased the battery, and the dealership's stamp are supposed to be printed. I had to write out my name. I had to write the date I purchased it, and then asked him to stamp it. He said the dealership didn't have a stamp. Then I said, "Well,l I need your John Hancock, and he said, "Oh," and then I said, "Well, I guess you can staple your business card to this warranty". I can't imagine why a customer would have to tell the staff how to do their job. It was ridiculous. I would never go back, and the funny thing is, I purchased my car from them, and I'm not even going to go into that experience. The cashier was wonderful, and the young man who washed and drove my car to me was nice as well. Oh, I also would like to say that the drop-off service was great. The staff was very helpful when my car was towed there and received, so kudos to them.

Well I thought I was supposed to have a complimentary oil change but the guy in customer service explained how the numbers and letter meant something more. But he was able to give me a 10% discount. I gave a four because I wasn’t prepared to pay that much. it was still expensive. Customer service Wes great Carr wash great friendly and got me out in good time.

I recently took my Honda to the dealership after hearing a noise coming from underneath the vehicle. They scheduled an inspection right away and quickly identified the source: the mud guard under the car needed to be replaced. The $378 cost was specifically to replace that mud guard, and the estimate felt clear and reasonable. While my vehicle was in, they also performed an oil change. During the service visit, they noted that a couple of outstanding recalls were identified and addressed as part of the work. I appreciated that they handled the recall items and communicated what was done. The inspection also included helpful forward-looking feedback. They let me know that one of my tires is likely to need replacement during my next oil change, but that the rest of the vehicle is in exceptional condition. Overall, it was a thorough and professional visit, and I left feeling confident about both the repairs and the next steps.

Service at Community Honda was very good. Kameron was knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the services that were recommended. I really appreciated that he was not pushy about adding extra services and instead let me make decisions comfortably. He was polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. The process was smooth and efficient, and the overall experience felt honest and customer-focused. It’s refreshing to work with someone who treats customers with patience and transparency. I would definitely return for future service and would recommend Community Honda to others looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
