Dear BMW Team Ziegler Orland Park I wanted to take a moment to sincerely appreciate the excellent service I recently received regarding my vehicle’s sunroof water leakage issue. First of all, I would like to thank Jordan, who initially handled my case and escalated the issue appropriately. My car was with the dealership for over two weeks, but I truly appreciate the effort taken to properly investigate and resolve the problem. When I came to pick up the vehicle yesterday, Eddie took exceptional care of me. He was extremely friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure all of my concerns and questions were fully addressed and reassured me that the leakage issue had been resolved properly. His attitude and customer service truly stood out. I also greatly appreciated that Eddie arranged for Mark to assist me with learning some of the vehicle features, including the auto-park function as well as certain locking and unlocking settings. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. On top of everything, when I mentioned noticing the BMW embossed first-aid leather pouch kit in the loaner vehicle, Eddie was kind enough to gift me one as a complimentary gesture, which I truly appreciated. It was a small gesture that reflected a very high level of customer care and thoughtfulness. Overall, I am very happy with the support and professionalism shown by Jordan, Eddie, and Mark. I recently had my BMW X1 (my daughter’s vehicle) serviced at Ziegler BMW of Orland Park, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My service advisor, Jason Jakubowski, was exceptional—professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled the right way. To say the service was great would be an understatement. Jason went above and beyond throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and making everything seamless. They also provided a loaner, which made things incredibly convenient. Even with a platinum extended warranty in place, the team didn’t treat it like just another covered service, they truly went out of their way to ensure complete satisfaction. It was clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the experience they deliver. Highly recommend working with Jason and the team there.

First, they get you in and out as quick as possible. They, keep, you informed about your car needs ,before touching your car. The hospitality is AMAZING, RESPECTFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE! If in needs of beverages or something to eat ,they do their best to assist. Only if your visit will be a lengthy process. Love the service and the guys . I am glad I get my car needs from them.

This is the best-run service department I have ever dealt with. Friendly staff, timely service. They send you text updates during the servicing of your car. comfortable waiting area. Convenient check-in and out. Always a pleasant experience.

I know I am in great hands when come see Dion Grace for my vehicle maintenance. Many are weary about going to dealerships but he is upfront and honest about any items that need attention or repaired. All of this while giving the best price possible. Zeigler is lucky to have him part of the team. It is always pleasure to see him and catch up. Thank you Dion!
