10/5 stars. These guys are amazing Experience was excellent from start to finish Rambo and his team received my prius for a full wheel assembly replacement after I skidded into a curb. They received the car at 1 pm and had it back to me in less than 24 hours. They were great communicators throughout the entire process and were upfront about all the work being done and happy to show you everything they did. Price was best you can get. This is a committed crew that puts the customer first and takes pride in their work. Many thanks and commendations for Blessed Auto Repair!

Great service and very honest mechanic. They fixed my car quickly and the price was fair. I really appreciate their help and I highly recommend this place.

Owner was nice and delivered a price for things being added to my vehicle. I was promised a day to arrive to have all parts installed but as I arrived on the day of after even calling a day before to confirm, I was lied to and misled by one of the techs as he stated to go to the owner as he was the one that stated they couldn't work on my vehicle. But come to my surprise and the owner, we both were confused as I brought it to his attention and as he was confused as of "why", we both walked in the shop in frustration. Owner questioned the tech as it was clearly a lot of miscommunication as they were frustrated at one another discussing policy and promises made to myself as the customer. After everything that transpired, both the owner and the tech stated that unfortunately they could NOT work on my vehicle due to other cars on the jacks and parts that never arrived for those vehicles as it was delayed for the other cars. This is understandable but as a business, this should have been made aware to the customer day before as they KNEW no parts arrived previous day to complete other vehicle(s) as my appointment was the very next morning soon as they opened at 9am. I lost money on a Uber called as I initially thought everything was fine as I almost left so they could work on the vehicle. Even I stated to the owner that I could come towards the end of the month as it would be beneficial to them to work on the car if it took longer than a day time frame to install everything but I was advised from the tech that joined the conversation at the brown table that I come in as soon as I was directed as they would have the availability. I ended up going elsewhere and paid much less to have installed on the spot and was properly done without issues. Very disappointed in this shop as I trusted the process but yet again another shop I'll never do business with as this was a complete waste of my time through the whole process of first getting a quote and then another day coming there getting misled and wasted money on a Uber I never took as I was denied service due to their mistake of lifts being unavailable and lack of communication to the customer (myself) to avoid my time being taken following funds I could not get returned due to Uber being canceled. Good luck to everyone else trying this shop out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had hub bearing work done on my Lexus at Blessed Auto Repair, and I’m very satisfied with the service. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. The repair was done right, and the car drives much smoother now. Fair pricing and great workmanship. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back.
