Went here for a car alignment and inner tie rod which I assumed wouldnt be difficult, I was wrong.They started off with their basic inspection of the vehicle, he stripped the all my wheels off and all I wanted was a inner tie rod and a alignment so I wouldnt be installing the rod for no reason.then they took my car and brought it on the alignment machine when the part wasnt even installed, the manager then came out after I questioned him why are you putting my car on the alignment lift when the suspension part wasnt installed so my alignment would be pointless,He grabbed the inner rod and headed inside as it seemed like he was going to tell his worker to take it off the aligment and back onto a normal lift but no I continued to wait there while my car was on the alignment machine.I went back inside and told him please install the part and then give me an alignment and this is was the third time telling him and I had legit came inside with the big inner rod in my hand visible to their human eye.After they had supposedly changed my inner rod they brought it back to alignment rack and they started and the first time they did it my steering wheel was all the way to the left and im pretty sure the steering wheel wasnt locked the first time it was done, after he wrapped up he didnt even test my car or look if the steering wheel was straight they were rushing when I was here before most people and all I was here for a inner rod and alignment.I then drove off to head back to work which was at 1 and ive been there since 10:30, as I was heading back the steering wheel was all the way to the left and very dangerous to be fairly honest, gave them a call they told me to head back and they will fix it so I did and i waited another 20 min when I told them I have work, then they said they were busy with other cars when I was here before and service was not done properly.So I let the guy know to please pull in my car so I can get it fixed and head out and he did do that but then it seemed like they didnt even know what they were doing with the alignment or the machine and the steering wheel wasnt locked straight.I then left the shop the second time and behold it was crooked going to the left side again and something feels loose, last thing is my rubber boot got twisted up and it ripped because they didnt unclamp the out tie rod end.Wouldnt recommend these guys from my personal experience but this was my experience here.Thank you for the great service, my car was driving straight and perfect before I came here and I just wanted basic service.They didnt even know how to charge my battery after it was killed sitting on the alignment rack for an 1 hour or 2. the picture on the right is the first time and the left is the current, thats not straight.

I had a car issue that brought me in, they nailed it down, uncovered a couple additional things that came as no surprise to me (common with my make/model/mileage), and got everything fixed up. Prices seem reasonable. It took a few days to do the work; updates could have been more frequent through the text notify system. However, there wasn’t a true urgency on my end so it doesn’t impact my 5-stars, plus I never had the impression my car was sitting somewhere for a couple of days with zero progress or parts delivery (a past experience I’ve had elsewhere, different vehicle). Two thumbs up, would return in future.

Meineke repaired my 2010 Toured volkswagen. Water pump, oil leak & Thermostat housing unit. Great service and the best people around. Moe the manager is amazing. He takes care of You as a personal friend I recommend Meineke to everyone. 5 🌟 stars MCO

I Do not recommend this place at all. They do not do all the services they offer with their oil change. My tire pressure light was still on when I got back my car. Had to let them know what things were missed when I got my car rather than a mechanic or manager checking the car before giving back to me. Worst thing is that I’m a disabled individual. I let the store know before hand that I am coming with my caregiver to pick up and drop off the car. I cannot wait around but was still forced to since everything wasn’t done on my car and I didn’t want to drive off with a tire pressure light on. Manager at store did nothing to make it up to me. Instead he yelled at his employee in front of me for not doing his job which is even more unprofessional. Does that in front of me to make it awkward and then asks me what they can do for me. I’m supposed to sit there and ask for a refund or something? Like you’re the manager. Do your job and check the car. If manager wanted to make things right he could have just given a refund himself or done anything else to make it up to me rather than be more unprofessional and not do Anything. On top of that they left a dirty used oily rag in my car. Save yourself the time and don’t go here

First impression was okay, not amazing. The front desk was a bit distracted when I arrived, and I had to repeat my issue twice. But the actual mechanic work was much better. My car had a rough idle problem and they found a dirty throttle body causing airflow issues. Cleaning it improved performance immediately. I wish the communication at reception matched the technical skill in the garage, but I’d still consider coming back for engine-related work.
