After the starter on my truck crapped out on me last night, I had it towed over to Grendel’s this morning around 8:30 where the lot was already totally packed with cars the guys needed to work on today. Even though it seemed very unlikely that they’d get to working on my truck today, Andy went out of his way to get the job done for me by the end of the day because he knew I needed it for work this weekend. He didn’t have to do that, but I really appreciate that he did. And their prices are very reasonable as well. Thanks guys for the great service

Been going here a bit over a year now for oil changes & general car issues. Great service & everyone is always extremely helpful. My car recently had a muffler issue that they weren't able to repair and they recommended me to a great shop that was able to help that same day. Would highly recommend Grendel's to anyone.

So far only went there for oil changes, but I'm very satisfied. Took my wife's then daughter's cars two different days. They were able to see me right away both times. Performed the oil changes quickly. Everyone was friendly. Will definitely return and would recommend.

Car started having issues as I was traveling on 294. Made it to a mall close to Grendel’s. Reviews were good so I contacted them the next morning when they opened. Described the issue and he said if it was a certain issue he could probably get it in/fixed that day. I was out of town at this point so I had it towed there. I was so relieved they not only got it in but successfully fixed it the same day. If I didn’t live so far away, they’d absolutely be a go to mechanic for me.

I was visiting the area from out of town. My windshield wiper stopped working right before I was about to make a 3.5 hour trip home in a snowstorm. I had no appointment, but they were super friendly and fixed it right away. I’m very thankful for them!
