Rodney and his team went above and beyond to help us out with our battery issues. My wife was able to wait for less than 1/2 hour for everything to be completed! She said that the team was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Mt Zion Neal Tire and Manager Rodney Pounders and his team!

Thank you for caring about your customers and for making things right. You sent me a text asking me to tell you about my experience, so here it is. I have been coming to Neal in Mt Zion for years. On 4/22/26 I called and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for 5/4. I also asked while it was there if they could check a lingering start sound. On 5/3 I drop my car off, which I normally don’t do, but had no ride on 5/4 so it seemed like the best thing to do. I put my keys in the envelope and marked the box that I had an appointment. I didn’t leave further details since I had called and schedule things two weeks in advance. On 5/4 I get a text at 6:45 that my car has been checked in. At around 10:58 I get a call that they didn’t hear the lingering start sound. Never said the car was ready just letting me know. I didn’t ask if it was ready as there was no further discussion. A few hours later I called to see if my car was ready. At first I was told they didn’t have me down in the system. I explained the check in text and follow up call. After a few minutes I was told that they did see it and it is ready and no charge. I said that I knew the tire rotation was free, since I bought the tires there, but what about for the oil change? He says that they did not have me down for oil change and tire rotation. I expressed that was the main reason for the appointment and the other, that they checked, was simply an extra while they had it. They said they could try to get it done today, but not sure. I said to just forget it since they already had it all day and I had a ride to bring me to pick it up. I went inside to pick up my keys and they showed me where I didn’t put the info on the envelope I had put my keys in. I wasn’t aware I had to do that since I had made an appointment with specifics and also didn’t write on the envelope what they actually checked, but they knew to do that. I was then told they have had lots of complaints about the computer appointment system. So, this was not a good experience, though not all of my visits here have been like that. This experience was disappointing.

Easy to special order my tires, easy to set my appointment. Installation of my new tires and an alignment went flawlessly. The entire staff worked together to provide a seemless experience.

I only buy tires from Neal Tire! Love them. They text updates. Text inspections and recommendations! And are very reasonably priced.

Neal Tire is great!!! I stopped one evening just before closing time with a low tire. They quickly topped off the air in all my tires-at no charge. Unfortunately the tire actually had some metal in it, so I ended up making an appointment and they quickly removed the metal and patched the tire and had me on my way. I appreciate their great service. I had never used them before, but they will be my go to place in the future.
