I can’t say enough good things about Mt Zion Auto Service. I had brake issues while traveling, and they took my car in immediately around 3 PM on Thursday. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what was wrong, and started trying to get the necessary parts that same day. One of the parts wasn’t available until the next morning, so they went above and beyond by giving me a ride to a local hotel so I wouldn’t be stranded. The next day, they completed the repairs and had me safely back on the road by 1 PM. Throughout the entire process, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent service with such compassion for their customers. I honestly wish I lived in that area so I could use them as my mechanic! I’m extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend Mt Zion Auto Service to anyone looking for honest, reliable and fair prices auto repair. Very knowledgeable and communicative. I wish I had taken my car here first before mistakenly taking it to Tesla. They were very accommodating with my last minute repair. I called on a Thursday morning for suspension diagnosis and repair work on a Tesla and they had the repair done by Friday morning on a holiday weekend. The staff is also very friendly. I will be a repeat customer.

I will never NOT recommend MZA. I've been with Red's for years and when they merged with MZA, I followed. They are fast every time I drop off. They tell me the real prices and most of the time find legitimate ways to save money that is just as genuine as a major replacement. You won't go wrong

I brought in my vehicle because my skid plate on my car while I was driving down the road decided to fall apart. They were super friendly, courteous, kind, and helpful. They took off my skid plate, took them about 5 minutes and I was out. They wouldn’t even let me pay. I highly recommend coming to them. The customer service is top notch, a real mom and pop shop type of feel with friendliness and customer service. Great people.
