Belle Tire

Came in with multiple dashboard lights on. Service was fast and efficient, repair was made and reasonably priced. Everyone I spoke to was great. I felt I could trust them and no sales pressure. A week later, car runs great and no issues. Kyle, the assistant manager was very helpful!

If I could rate them 1 star I would I just replaced my tires this winter I went for a rotation they attempted to say I needed 3 out 4 tires I asked them did you look at dot code? I asked for the tread number of course they wouldn't tell me cause my tires are fine with 90 percent tread and Not worn I've been around cars my entire life and my significant other is a mechanic (he just didn't have time to do it ) do not trust belle tire they are liars and even had enough courage telling me I'm a girl I don't know what I'm talking about if you need a good mechanic honestly go to Dave's auto in Newark il he's the most honest you will get I really hope corporate sees this

Best service and quality of work hands done. A BIG Thank you to Brett Miller!! I was going through a hard situation with another tire shop that was making things difficult about their tire replacement process, so I went to Bell Tires, explained to Brett the situation, and he just made everything better. He is very knowledgeable in the tire and automotive field, and that is why I will be coming back for all my tire and vehicle needs. Prices are very reasonable and no hassle, no hidden fees, and upfront honesty. I will add that I brought my Chrysler pacifica in for new tires when they first opened, and I was very pleased with everything.

The service was great, the team didn’t push me to buy anything aside of what I needed. They give me my options based of what I needed, I will definitely recommend to make an appointment before trying to get your work done in a timely manner but I’m sure if is an emergency they can advise you if they will be able to help you on the spot. Anyone can help you for any of your service needs but I personally interact with Brett, he is polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
