Austin H. is amazing! From the very start via telephone he was up front, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to give me a quote on rebuilding my daughter's transmission and stuck to it. He was sure to update me throughout the process and even explained what was done wrong by the previous mechanic. I wish I had just come to Aurora Transmission and Complete Auto Care 1st but, I'm grateful that we now have a great mechanic to return to! Thank you Austin for your transparency and honesty! I brought my 2025 Elantra N to Aurora Transmission to upgrade my wheels, and it could not have been better! Austin was super helpful in getting everything sorted away, and my car was ready the same day! The car looks great! Would recommend anyone take their car here for service and maintenance!

My GMC Acadia (only 6 years old) needed a new transmission. Austin at Aurora Transmission and Complete Auto Care was absolutely amazing! He was straight forward with the problems and the cost to fix it. The communication was great. I would recommend Aurora Transmission to anyone who needs car repairs. My transmission light came on, so of course I took it to a transmission shop. Which this place was actually recommended to me and I have never been here before or heard of it. I took my car in, they checked everything out, and they said nothing was wrong with it. The person helping me seemed very honest and genuine. And at the end of the day they didn’t charge me anything. I will definitely be taking my car back here in the future for any another problems, if they may occur. And the transmission light has not come back.

Austin is very polite, helpful, and stands behind his work! I do most of my automotive work myself but definitely trust Aurora Transmission for anything that I cannot handle myself. Austin rebuilt the transmission in my Chrysler van and had me back on the road within days! Prices are fair and reasonable as well.
