I never once felt pushed into work I didn’t need. I came to Lars for a second opinion because I wasn’t happy or confident in the diagnosis my VW dealer had given my car. My Tiguan had a fairly complicated issue involving software, system faults, and rack-and-pinion concerns, and Lars handled it professionally and efficiently. The work was completed in a timely manner, communication was clear, and I felt confident trusting his judgment throughout the process.
