This place is great! I originally went eith DIY because it is part of the Carmax Maxcare locations that I get a discount on my deductible at. I would now choose this place even if I didnt get the discount. In the front of the house Crystal greets you with a big smile and is always friendly. She constantly was calling me with updates and was always on point with time estimations! Definitely made me feel more comfortable! In the shop Chad is a wizard! He has plenty of experience in the field and knew exactly what was going on with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have now brought the Jeep there a few times because of course it’s a Jeep lol but Chad was able to diagnose and find the solutions very quickly each and every time. He backs up his work and makes sure he sticks with the timeline that was discussed. I would recommend DIY to anyone! Friendly staff and solid work!

Crystal and a mechanic crew are awesome. They are on earth angels that did not take advantage of me. They were understanding and very professional.They did an awesome job fixing my vehicle in a timely fashion!
