This place has really gone down the toilet. I tried to get my window regulator replaced and they told me they couldn't get the part, despite the fact when I looked online there were plenty of places to get it. Also, I got an oil change there and they didn't show me the dipstick like they used to do after the job. I asked to get my wiper blades changed, and they didn't do it. They didn't even put a sticker on my front windshield to tell me the mileage and date for my next oil change! You're better off going to Jiffy Lube and this place, don't waste your time.

They repaired the leak in my tire, but completely neglected my rim. The rim on the repaired wheel was extensively scratched and ruined, which was particularly disheartening as there were no previous scratches or damage prior to this service. While the quick patching itself was handled well, the lack of care with my vehicle’s rim was unacceptable. I expected a higher standard of service, where such damage could and should have been avoided. For others considering service here, while you may find the basic services to be adequate and cost effective- be wary of potential carelessness with your vehicle’s appearance. I hope this feedback prompts the mechanics to improve their handling procedures and customers experience/satisfaction and service in the future.
