Miguel and his crew go above and beyond for their customers. I went to just ask a few questions about some repairs and they fixed them all while I waited. They are efficient, explain everything, are reasonably priced, and care about their customers. Miguel and his crew are amazing!

As always Colonial is amazing. I needed work done on my car and figured my week vacation was the best time to do it while I was out of country. Miguel as always gave me great customer care getting a quote set up so I could pay for the services ahead of time over the phone since I was doing an over night dropoff. While I was out of country my car was fixed and I was alerted via text of additional repairs that needed to be done. I got my car back when I came back to town and I couldt be happier. Not only was I met with a car in perfect working order but also asked how my vacation was. Thank you Colonial for amazing service as always

Had tires mounted at this place on Nov 22nd, today (Feb 8th) got a flat. While trying to remove the wheel, found out that the wheel lug nuts were so tight, 2 of them broke off while removing. Now I have to recheck the other wheels and torque them properly. Please, invest in a torque wrench and provide some training to your mechanics. !!! UPDATE !!! I have to update my review to a more positive one after visiting the shop and having a discussion with the owner. He was really nice and polite, was sorry for the inconvenience the broken wheels studs has caused, refunded me the amount spent on the replacement parts.

Removed my heat shield and told me they couldn’t order the part so I ordered it myself. Went back and they tried to install it but the size was wrong so I went back and bought the right one, but now the rude manager is telling me they can’t install it. Update: False! I purchased it from the website your mechanic told me to buy it from, NOT eBay! After I was rudely turned away I took my car to Meineke around the corner and they installed it no questions asked. Substantial amount of time?! Literally all your mechanic did was lift the car and tell me it wasn’t the right part. It took 5 minutes. If that is too much time spent on a previously loyal customer then that tells me everything I need to know about your business. I would never step foot back in your shop after the experience I had!
