Horrible experience. Repairs were very costly. Twice they recommeded the wrong part to be repaired. After the 2nd diagnostic, I denied the work and brought straight away to the Mercedes repair where I was told 3 under carriage cover panels were missing - The Werk shop forgot to put them back on and had to hand deliver them to Mercedes. The whole experience was unfortunate and a waste of my time and resources.

They take care of the problem and don’t tack unnecessary things on. They do great work at a fair price. I don’t walk walk out with the feeling that I have been taken advantage of like I do when as I go to the dealership I could go on. Bottom line-highly recommended.
