I'm giving them a three because I feel the work was sufficiently done however they did something that I did not want nor asked them to do and yet I got charged for it. My recommendation is that you be very clear with them and communicate as best you can and maybe put it in writing. Also, they get a little testy when you ask questions and I’m not sure why. I will not be going back.

He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone. Edit: Another 5-star experience! The owner even sent me a follow-up with the paperwork needed to qualify for a rebate on parts. That kind of above & beyond service is why I trust Rouse’s and you can, too!
