My mom uses quick lane for all her vehicle maintenance, and when I moved back to Libertyville I went to them as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place. They have always had availability when I have needed them and complete the work in 1 to 2 days. They call with updates and prices and don't pressure me to agree to anything. The employees are all extremely kind and friendly and explain everything to me. I just called this morning after a fender bender asking for them to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive. They immediately said I could come right in, despite not being a body shop, just to make sure I'm safe on the road. Quick Lane will always be my first call!

I took my car to Quick Lane to have a simple oil change. I previously went to a place closer to my home but after a few issues with them I decided to try somewhere else. One of my co-workers recommended Quick Lane and since it was close to my job I decided to try them out. The staff there was extremely friendly. They offered more than a reasonable rate and they were quick. Most importantly they didn't try selling me on filters and everything else that I would know nothing about. They got the job done and had me on my way in no time. Since then, I have brought my car to them for all my other car needs including new wheels. Again, the service was just as great as my first visit. I highly recommend these guys and am very happy with their services!

It is hard to find a good, honest shop like this, but we stumbled upon it when I needed a tire repair about 10 years ago, and we have not taken our cars anywhere else since! Ed, Joe, and the team are very courteous and professional. They make sure your vehicle is treated like one of their own. If something major goes wrong, they take the time to listen to your concerns, diagnose the problem, and are very straight forward with what needs to be done and why.
