I am so glad my son found this place. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my VW, (which after $1800 in repairs months before by the VW dealer in Gurnee didn't fix the problem). I recommend them highly. Mike and Rick were very helpful and got the problem solved that day and had my car back within 24 hours. They're reasonably priced and explained everything.

Professional and fast. Kudos to each and everyone especially to Mr Danny 0’Toole was very accommodating and good customer service was exceptional. He explained everything and honest. We really stressed us about our RAV4 and they really help us a lot, no pressure of fixing things , the mechanic and the staff really did a good job. View on GoogleThe estimating department is very good. Pricing was on the money. Work performed was done very well. I had an oil leak in addition to my annual maintenance and they had great technology to find it. The leak was in a challenging location but they repaired it. I have a Jaguar V8 so I was hopeful they had staff familiar with the vehicle. They also followed up after the repair. Great service, great personalities.

The Shop offers welcoming and great service. Appointments and drop off times are very flexible and overall experience was smooth and great!

I was so pleased with the professionalism & quick service that I received. I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called & my car was serviced the same day as promised. When I entered the shop, I was impressed to see my name on a chalkboard welcoming me. They performed the requested checks & called me to suggest other services I may want to consider. I was very pleased with the entire process. I would definitely make this my repair shop & would recommend anyone who wants quality service without high cost of BMW dealerships to try Pit Shop European Repair.
