10 STARS IF I COULD I just had to share what an absolutely fantastic experience I had with Perfect Soundz today! I was trying to get my son's dashcam sorted, and honestly, I felt a bit out of my depth. But the two gentlemen there was incredibly understanding and patient every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Their kindness truly stood out, and I was so impressed with how quickly they responded to all my queries. Andy, the owner, and his wonderful employee, Mike. Mike is an absolute legend! He literally put everything else aside to jump straight into installing the dashcam for me. Both Andy and Mike were not just super friendly and patient, but also incredibly professional, making the whole process feel completely effortless. I highly recommend Perfect Soundz. If you're looking for a place that's prompt, genuinely great at what they do, and staffed by such lovely people, then this is definitely the spot! They're total pros and a real pleasure to deal with.

I recently had a front and rear dash camera installed by Perfect Soundz in Libertyville, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. It's becoming harder to find companies that genuinely care about their customers, but these guys went above and beyond. They answered all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the system, and treated me with respect throughout the process. The pricing was excellent, the workmanship was great, and the overall experience was outstanding. Many thanks to Andy Linders and his staff at Perfect Soundz for the great work they did installing an Antique Automobile Radio model #851201BT retro radio and speaker in this 1972 Cutlass Supreme! The work was done perfectly, on time and at the low end of the estimate Andy provided in advance. In addition, Andy spent significant time setting up the Bluetooth and phone sync features supported by the new radio. He also checked the radiator pressure and identified a faulty cap as the cause of minor fluid loss. Finally, Andy was willing just to talk about the car and educate me on items related to its history based on his evaluation of some of the components involved in the radio switch-out. I would trust Andy with any aspect of work related to my car! Thank you, Andy and staff!

I am still trying to decide what I am going to do with my car stereo upgrade but so far have been impressed with the communication and responsiveness Andy has provided. I was recommended to this shop by a friend of mine, perfect soundz has now installed two stereo systems for me in both of my trucks, the quality of install is amazing when they are done the install looks clean, you can tell they take pride in their work. Micheal did the head unit and subwoofer install on my Expedition today and I could not be happier with the quality of his work. Stereo sounds amazing as well. Will return for more work and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a stereo or remote start install
