I have a Lexus gx470, which could not pass emission test because of air injection vacuum problems (p1442 & p1445). They charged me around $1600 to fix that. But just after three weeks, the problem comes back again, and I went back for reconfirmation. After check, they told me there’s other problems with the vehicle that is different from what they’ve fixed. I don’t trust them, so went to Quick Lane for reexamination, Quick Lane’s report shows the problem is still with the air injection vacuum with error codes p1442 & p1445! Moberg’s Auto just lied to me! They just do not want to take the responsibility! Not honest!

I spend a lot of time in auto repair shops due to my career, both working in and frequenting. Moberg's is the perfect example of the mom n pop auto repair shop. Mike and Candi run a really tight ship, they are extremely fair and keep a perfect balance between cost and value. The team they've assembled all work together very well and I've seen them go above and beyond many times for both long time clients and first timers too. They have great values and morals. I've sent a number of different vehicles here for a wide arrange or services and they've not only done the work perfectly at a very reasonable price, they've gone above and beyond every single time. Everything from sports cars to light trucks. There are very very few repair shops I would trust implicitly with my vehicles, my family's or my client's but Moberg's is that shop. It is a Libertyville gem and hands down the best in the area. The near perfect 5 star rating is well deserved.

Great great service! I would give 10 stars if I could. We had an issue with our tire coming off the highway and stopped in and they helped us right away and got us back in the road. Wonderful people who treated us better than I would treat myself! Thank you Mobergs for your helpfulness and kindness to us. Definitely check mobergs out if you need service on your vehicle!
