I did a lot of searching in the internet for a well respected diesel repair shop. I found FauerWerks and went through ever review. I determined this was the place to bring my 2008 Chevrolet Express Silverado 3500 6.6 liter Dynamax diesel 4x4. They were easy to set up the appointment with. I waited in a very clean waiting area while they did an oil change and full vehicle inspection. There weee a few things that were noted that could become an issue and John is actually working on sourcing a few parts to then put together a repair quote. I was very pleased with my first experience and the attention to detail they showed. Thanks guys look forward to working together again

I want to share my experience with FauerWerks Auto and Truck for servicing my 2020 Silverado Duramax 3.0 diesel. Since purchasing my used truck, I’ve been searching for a mechanic with real experience working on personal diesel trucks like mine. Living in the Burlington area, I tried a few shops without much success. Expanding my search, I eventually found the team at FauerWerks — and I’m glad I did. I was dealing with an issue the dealership couldn’t clearly diagnose, one of those “maybe this will fix it, maybe not” situations. When I explained the problem to FauerWerks, they understood what needed to be done. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also provided a complimentary inspection, pointing out what was in good condition and what may need attention as my truck approaches 80K miles. There was zero pressure to add services — just honest, helpful insight. Ryan, who took my initial call, was excellent and walked me through everything clearly. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, John, which gave me even more confidence in the shop. On top of that, Ryan even gave me a ride to work since I’m nearby — something you don’t typically see from non-dealership shops. These guys truly understand customer service and know diesel trucks. John the owner is a scammer. Make sure you pay close attention to your invoice. He will charge anywhere from double or triple the cost of the parts just to make extra money to cover his "over head'. I was charged for two new batteries. Mind you before I brought my truck in I had already bought two new batteries, when I asked why he said I had bought marine batteries. I knew I didn't but said maybe I made a mistake. But when I went in to pick up my truck and asked for the batteries which he tried to keep. I checked them and said these are not marine batteries! " Why did you say they were marine batteries and he replied "that's what I was told. As a business owner I would have been sure before charging someone for two new batteries. Then I also noticed the batteries was $130 dollars over market price. He tried to cover it up and by saying, "I will take it off you can just keep the batteries" Which made my antennas go up! Then I started checking every part on my invoice and notice all the parts we severely over priced!!!!! When I started to question him He started to give some refunds on some of the parts. This guy is a scammer! I do not recommend this business. Took 3 months to complete minor maintenance and repairs! If he thinks you have money he will try to over charge you where he can to make extra money! He still owes more money which he doesn't want to return so now I must seek legal action!! beware of this guy!!! bad business!!!

FauerWerks has some great mechanics that do great work. The owner is an incredible man that obviously cares about what he does and the quality of work his mechanics put into taking care of their customers vehicles. The gentleman behind the front desk, I believe his name is Ralph, is extremely polite and professional.
