We are very pleased with our service. We needed all new tires and the shop was able to get them and install them in a day. I would recommend this tire shop.

NEVER TRUST DUXLER LIBERTYVILLE TIRE for good work or any customer service!! Over 3 months ago, as Duxler is well aware, their installing of a new radiator (and the manager ASSURING me that I would have no issues during my 600 mile drive) ended up destroying my engine halfway through my trip due to the fact that whoever worked on my car DID NOT TIGHTEN the hose to the radiator properly (a very simple task) and it ended up causing loss of all fluids and destroying the engine beyond repair making my Camry a total loss. Despite their insurance covering only the cost of the “value” of my Camry (which is not enough to cover any decent reliable car), Mike Foster, the owner, has stated previously that this car would last for many more years and I trusted them to do the upkeep and maintenance properly. I have been with them for 11 years and spent many thousand of dollars but since this incident they have treated me with disdain and REFUSE to take any accountability for putting me in.a position that I am forced to buy another car (with some warranty) that will cost me about $20,000 OUT OF MY OWN POCKET, above what their insurance will pay. They refuse to help with a rental so I can go to work as well as look at cars and will not pay 1 cent more than their insurance’s paltry payment. They have NO compunction to screw over a loyal customer. I have given them every opportunity to do what’s right and good for business and show me respect but they have fought every step I have made for them to make this situation right, from fighting not to refund me the $1900 cost I paid for this radiator as well as refusing mediation to find a fair solution. Their only offer would be to check the car(s) I may be considering, but after what they’ve shown I will never trust their work or opinions again!This is 100% their fault and they couldn’t care less. As such, I will be seeking alternative avenues to have them be responsible for creating this logistical and financial nightmare for me that their shoddy and subpar workmanship has created. DO NOT TRUST OTHER POSITIVE REVIEWS as the TRUE test of a good business is how they respond to problems or issues. And as you can see, they have no compunction to ignore and screw over a long term customer

I did a tire replacement first and everything went fine. Then they suggested that I needed to do a rear shock absorbers replacement, they gave me my estimate (a bit pricy) but everything ok so far. The day of the repairing the called me because of some rusty bushings that needed to be included, even it sounded weird that they never realized about this and even so, I was still “ok” with it. They had the keep the car overnight. The next day they called me because also my battery needed to be replaced and that was just too much. I never had an issue with that battery and I drive up to 50 miles per day with my car and at that point, I felt it was their fault (I’m pretty sure they left lights on overnight) cause I’m 100 percent sure that battery was ok, I’ve done alignments to cars in my life and never had a single issue related to the battery at all. And considering the added cost for the parts that they didn’t consider for the absorbers, I wouldn’t trust this place. It feels like you need extra 5000$ in your account in case you come here for a tire replacement and walk out with a new engine because in the process “it broke” even when everything was just fine with it. Also there’s some fees for purchases that are added to the cost estimates, idk. Seems fishy to me. I’m not coming back again. I’m giving two stars because the front employees are at least nice to you.

Just started going here about a year ago and have had great service each time for both my car & my daughter's car. Great staff, mote affordable for my budget, & I highly recommend them for your auto service needs. Thank you.

Did not even LOOK at our vehicle. We had verbal confirmation a week ago that they can look into our vehicle to just see if our transmission fluid is bad and then determine further steps. We stepped in today for our 10am appointment only to be told that they did not want to be liable if the transmission fluid change negatively impacts the car. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated that this concern wasn’t voiced to us the moment we booked the appointment on the phone, as we thoroughly explained the issue with our vehicle. Again, we only wanted to just have our vehicle INSPECTED and they couldn’t even do that. Wasted our time.
