I can't believe after all of this, the bribes, the parts. I can't believe this is for real. I am IRATE and this place is car hell, went in for the final deal of getting the original problem COOLANT LEAK AND STUCK WINDOW, ALL OF THE ADDED PARTS, NO AC, AND COOLANT STILL HAS MASS LEAKS, THIS IS BEYOND PARTS, THIS IS SPEECHLESS AND I AM SICK THEY DID THIS TO MYSELF AND 8 YEAR OLD, LET MY CAR OVER HEAT AND NO AC. YOUR YELP AND GOOGLE GET THE REAL TRUTH, NO MORE BRIBES, YOU PUT OUR LIVES AT RISK. MANY VIDEOS TO COME, DOCUMENTS, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR WHAT THEY PUT ME THROUGH. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND KOALAFI ENDED UP HAVING TO CUT FINAL COSTS BY 1/2 DUE TO NEGLENCE ON THEIR CONTRACT. IT IS NOT ABOUT MONEY RIGHT NOW, I AM IN A CAR THAT OVER HEATS, NO AC IN 90 DEGREE WEATHER AND THE WINDOW DOESN'T ROLL DOWN, I WENT TO CAR HELL AND I HOPE NO ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS

I had an incredible experience at this O'Reilly location while looking for headlight bulbs for my 2010 Honda Civic. The store was quite busy, so I offered to let the clerk, Andy, help another customer and Alex (from Car Fix Libertyville) first. To my surprise, as a return of kindness, Andy introduced me to Alex and asked if he could help with my notoriously difficult low beam bulbs. Alex’s car was already running and he was ready to leave, but he insisted on helping me right then and there. Alex is a true master of his craft. He knew the exact trick—turning the steering wheel to access the bulbs through the wheel well—and replaced BOTH low beam bulbs in literally just a few minutes without even turning off his engine! I was so shocked by his efficiency that I didn't even have time to properly thank him. This kind of professional spirit and teamwork between Andy and Alex is rare. If you need parts, go see Andy at O'Reilly; if you need any car repairs, do yourself a favor and find Alex at Car Fix Libertyville. Highly recommend!

I have been there twice for my Subaru’s general servicing , it’s 10 years old now. Scheduling time is so easy, they are friendly and truly believe in customer service. Many a times we would go back and forth on what they would recommend fixing , but what I love is that they share the pricing transparently and what may be something else they may find once they begin servicing. For me this is so stress free coz I am able to make informed decisions . Thank you Alex/Ron for the help with month.
