I had an issue with my Mercedes-Benz Metris. The windshield wipers weren’t working due to an electrical problem. No one wanted to take on the job, and several shops started it but never finished it. I went to Boxville Automotive, and the guys did a huge amount of work. They diagnosed that the issue was in the wiring. They removed the interior panels, checked all the wiring, and found that water had gotten under the carpet and the wires had corroded. They restored the wiring, put everything back together, and now everything works perfectly. I’m very satisfied — great price, quality, and service, and very friendly people. I highly recommend Boxville Automotive.

I had an issue with my Mercedes GLS 450. We couldn’t figure out the cause — the rear suspension kept dropping. No one could diagnose the problem. I went to these guys at the shop, and they immediately identified that the air suspension compressor needed to be replaced. They also found an air leak in the rear right air spring. I’m very satisfied with the service. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and neatly. They even cover the seats and steering wheel to keep everything clean. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them — great work, you won’t regret it.
