Very professional place. Customer service is great. My wheel alignment and A/C deodorizer service was done pretty quickly. Very satisfied with this location and will keep coming back. Waiting area is nice and has comfortable seats. Highly recommend this place.

I had an outstanding experience at Just Tires in Lake Zurich and wanted to make sure I shared some well-deserved recognition. Jay was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He, along with the rest of the team, was very accommodating and took the time to go above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. As a enthusiast owner, it’s not often you come across this level of service and attention to detail. Because of that, I wanted to pass along a strong endorsement along with my positive feedback and compliments on a job well done. Highly recommended.

Great shop and great staff, first visit won’t be my last. It’s nice when you find a mechanic that cares, which is unfortunately hard to come by. The guys working evening of 5/15 were doing just tires and alignment, but took the time to let me know that I had oil leaking all over the bottom of my car from a faultily installed oil filter (thanks Firestone Lake Zurich). By caring enough to let me know, they saved me from a world of headaches and have earned my business for the foreseeable future. Thanks again!

I really like this just tires location! I came in for tire service and was expecting a long wait. I walked over to Mariano’s with my 3 year old son so he didn’t get bored and by the time we grabbed a snack and came back the car was already almost done. The have a nice little kids table with kid sized chairs that he loved for his snack. Jay was very friendly and took good care of my car. I’ll definitely be going back in the future.

Brought my car in after a flat tire and talked to Zach who was very respectful and helped me out a ton! Decided to get all 4 replaced as they were all low on tread. He got me a great price and I was on my way same day. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
