I don't even know where to start about the amazing service I received from J.R. and Casten Body shop. From the moment I got there, I was reassured my Van was in great hands. The price on the repairs was fair, considering how great the work was. I couldn't believe how fast it took. Not even two days and my Van was better than when I got it. Thank you J.R. and Stephanie. I highly recommend Casten Body shop. I couldn't of asked for better service. Top notch!

would like to share my experience with a Carsten Body shop. I chose this service based on the ratings and reviews left by other customers. I believe this is the first thing people pay attention to, and it is very important. I’m really glad I made this choice. To share a bit of background: I has a car incident that affected the entire passenger side. It wasn’t severe, but the side was bent and scratched along the passenger doors. The work was done perfectly. I highly recommend this shop — it’s the best service if you’ve been in a similar situation. Thank you very much for the excellent work!

This shop goes above and beyond. Mike was just the best. When my daughter got in a car accident and totaled her car we we worried about cost of getting it fixed. Mike did so much to work with us. Just the best experience I could hope for. Now it’s back in our garage and looks beautiful.

Casten Body Shop does great work and service. Stephanie knows her work and handles it with confidence and treated me with respect. The estimators were equally the same. I am a satisfied customer. I love the convenience of their loaner car service.
