I was on my way home to Indianapolis after a trip abroad and came back to find my tire was leaking air fast due to screw in it. I looked up Car-One Tire and Auto and saw they were highly reviewed. I can see why! I didn’t have an appointment, but they were kind enough to work me in very quickly and repaired my tire and I was back on the road safely thanks to them. Very nice crew working there too. I can’t say how much I appreciate them coming through for me in the clutch. They bailed me out for sure. Thank you! Always a pleasure coming here. Spent $3600 for a whole front end job right before Christmas. They understood the frustration but reassured me that the repair is needed and back their work 100%. I just had my oil changed and tires rotated, then two days later, followed up with transmission fluid change and cooling system flush. I wasn't thinking, and should have had everything done at the same time. The prices were very competitive and more than reasonable. The techs are all very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They made recommendations for things that needed work and also recommendations to not perform unneeded service. They also went out of the way to perform services that may at first seem insignificant, but are hugely valuable and helpful. For example, they gave me a ride to and from home while the car was being worked on as due to my poor planning, I was unable to get a ride from family or friends. This is a great team, and I highly recommend Car-One to anyone who appreciates a good and honest mechanic. I am so grateful to have found them.
