Abby Automotive is hands down the BEST and most trustworthy auto shop I’ve ever been to. My parents, friends, and I have been going there since they opened in the neighborhood and we always know Chris and his father will provide outstanding professional service with a smile and honest advice. They’ve truly been part of my entire car journey - from my first car in high school through college, and even helping me prepare it until the day it was sold, Abby Automotive was always there to help. When I bought my current car, the very first thing I did was bring it to Chris for a full check, just for peace of mind. No matter what the issue is, in our house we always say, “Let’s drop it off at Abby and see what they think.” That says it all. They’re affordable, reliable, and truly care about their customers. The convenient key drop box makes after-hours drop-offs simple, and the free air pump out front has saved us more times than I can count — whether it’s before long road trips, a busy weekday, or when topping off bike tires in the summer. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a cup of coffee, chat for a few minutes, and know you’re in good hands. I've been looking for a new mechanic since I moved back to the area from Texas. I came across Abby and called to get a quote for a brake job. Chris was very pleasant to speak to. I took my truck in shortly after and Chris confirmed the work that needed to be done. The price was fair and he had it done the same day. I'll definitely be going back.

I found Chris@Abby to be an honest, highly-skilled mechanic. He basically rescued an older vehicle of mine from the junkyard by performing a tricky repair (fixed a brake fluid leak on a very rusted area using minimal parts). I believe other shops would have recommended to replace several parts, but Chris kept it cost-effective, which is the exact reason I was referred to him-doesn't replace unnecessary parts, good pricing, and is good at communicating the repair details.

Was referred to Abby Automotive by a dealer in the area I was purchasing a preowned car from. I live in Tennessee and they recommended Abby automotive to give a 3rd party independent opinion, since I was having the car shipped sight unseen I phoned Abby Automotive and Chris answered on the first ring. Said he would go get it right then and check it out and call me in an hour. Check it to clock, he did call me in an hour. He went over everything with me and my husband on the phone and sent pics of everything. That was reassuring and it’s always good to have a second opinion. My first dog was a German Shepherd. I got him when I was 7. His name was Butch. Thanks Abby for your extraordinary service!! I never trust anyone that don’t love Dogs.

Do not sleep on Abby Automotive! The staff are so friendly and their service is speedy. I went in because my car hood would not latch, they were able to fix it within minutes! If you're there ask for Chris, he is the best!
