Route 38 Oil And Lube

I’ve been coming here for years, and they always take good care of me. The staff is friendly, honest, and knows what they’re doing. They get the job done quickly and at a fair price. Lucky great job

Me and my wife came in last week for an oil change and estimate for brakes and check engine light scan,we are very pleased with the outcome Chet was able to explain to me and my wife pricing on brakes and check engine light which turned out to be camshaft codes we are definitely getting the work done soon also when me and wife was about to leave not sure if he was a worker for shop or vister a guy named Steve handed my wife his business card and told us he could do the work far cheaper.In my line of work that's not professional I'm hoping he's not an employee at your shop.

Please excuse my rating. Its not due to my experience because I didn't go into the establishment. I pulled in the lot and it appeared to be kind of questionable like a bunch of old broken done vehicles in the rear of the place as if I wasn't sure i wanted to allow them to service my vehicle. It looked like one of those back door alley mechanic type of places so I left. I only gave them 1 star for that reason and that reason only. The service you all will have to check on your own for this one.

Stand up dudes , noticed my wife's car was leaking oil (oil change done at different establishment) so I found this place which was close to her job. We took it there explained the situation they took it in right away and when they took the cover off the drain plug was broken inside the oil pan. It was leaking for 3 days like that. They checked the oil replace the 3 quarts it lost and even filled a jug for us to take Incase we needed to add. I asked how much do I owe you, buddy said oh you good. I asked 3 times to be sure shook his hand and off we went back home. Car got fixed at the shop that broke the plug next day. As for ROUTE 38 Im always for stand up shops who actually help you out when needed. And this one is one of them so if y'all get even more swamped from people reading this sorry not sorry 🤗🤣🤣 I totally recommend

I've been coming to this place since this summer for oil services, and today I came because I had an issue with my starter, which thanks to Chet, was an easy, quick fix. Very professional and services are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
